At the moment of uncertainty, we would like to provide you with some basic information that will make shopping in our e-shop easier and more convenient. It is important for us to have an overview of the measures and changes that arise in connection with government regulations. The health of our customers and employees is a priority for us. DELIVERY TIME

  • For the safety of our valuable employees & customers we are halting our delivery services keeping in view the current health and safety situation in the country.
  • You may still place your orders online (www.bata.com.pk) which will be processed after the 7th of April, 2020. For those who have not received their orders yet please bear with us during these testing times.

 

EXCHANGE & CLAIMS OF GOODS

  • All exchanges/claims will be catered after 7th April (Provided situation gets back to normal)
  • For exchange - please contact our customer care via WhatsApp or e-mail.
  • You may exchange the size of the delivered goods ( If advised by the Customer Services Team Member only) at the nearest Company’s outlets on production of original invoice provided the goods are unused, must be packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
