Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy
Shipping
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment.
- Standard Delivery charges of Rs.100 will be applicable on all orders.
- The Company shall endeavor to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 2 - 4 working days after we receive your order however, due unforeseen situation the delivery time may be affected and may take up to 7 working days to reach you. However, force majeure events are expected.
- The Company will deliver the goods during routine working hours (9am – 5pm) within Pakistan at the given address from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
- Please note that certain goods may not be delivered within the specified delivery period due to the unavailability of stocks.
- The Company can either deliver your order to the shipping address as mentioned by you during order, or an alternative address on your request such as a workplace, university or friend/family address. The alternative delivery address must be in Pakistan and is subject to additional charges.
- A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address shall be sufficient to prove that the order had been delivered to you. Signatures/Attestation may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address.
- If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbor who will be asked to sign on your behalf. On neighbor refusal to receive the goods on your behalf, the goods will be returned by the courier to the Company as undelivered. (Next delivery shall be charged accordingly).
Returns & Exchange:
Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange In store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only refunds are granted (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not exchangeable/refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare.pk@bata.com or call us at 042-32761261.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
